Cancelling registration fees

Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise Asszisztencia Congress Bureau of a change of name.
A written notification is required for all cancellations. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Cancellation received up to July 1, 2010:	85% refund
Cancellation received up to July 15, 2010:	50% refund
Cancellations received after July 15, 2010:	No refund
No-shows:	No refund
