Proceedings

Presented papers will be refereed and accepted ones will be published in a special issue of the journal Physica Status Solidi A and C (Wiley-VCH, Germany) within 8 months. The Proceedings will be edited by Guest Editors.

Manuscripts

All authors are requested to upload his/her manuscripts online. Deadline for uploading your manuscript: October 3, 2010.

Format and template

Plenary lectures: maximum 6 printed pages
Invited talks: maximum 5 printed pages
Regular papers: maximum 4 printed pages.

Please prepare your paper as a word document using the following template:

How to upload your paper

  • Before uploading please make sure that your file is saved as a .DOC version. The following versions will not be accepted: .dot, .docx, .pdf.
  • Reduce file size by compressing all pictures in your word document: click on image, with right mouse button select the Picture toolbar, then click the Compress Pictures button and apply your changes to all the pictures in your document.

Your finished papers will be collected by the conference organizers. Please upload your work to the server of the organizing secretariat. The upload system is the same system which was used for submitting abstracts. You can use the system with the same password that you have received when submitting your original abstract.

  2. Click "login" on the left side menu
  3. Add your login name and password to log in. Your account information (name and password) is the same which you have used to submit your original abstract. Please » send a short note if you do not find your password.
  4. When logged-in successfully click "abstracts" on the left side menu. The list of your registered abstracts will be pop-up on the next screen.
  5. Please click on the abstract number to open your abstract details and look for the "file for uploading" field at the bottom of the window (last field on page).
  6. Click the "Browse..." button right to the "file for uploading" field and select the paper file on your computer which you would like to upload.
  7. After selecting your file click "Modify" button which will upload your file to the server.
  8. You will receive an automatic notification by email that you have modified your abstract successfully. There will be a pdf attached to this email which contains your original abstract and not the paper file that you have just uploaded. Please ignore this pdf, your paper file has been uploaded successfully, regardless which file is sent back to you.
