Cancellation Policy and Refund
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise Asszisztencia Congress Bureau of a change of name.
A written notification is required for all cancellations. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

| Cancellation received up to July 16, 2010: | 50% refund |
| Cancellations received after July 16, 2010: | No refund |
| No-shows: | No refund |
