Payment and Invoicing
Registration fee and accommodation cost must be paid to the Organizing Secretariat (ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau) by bank transfer or credit card in advance.

Credit Cards
Registration and accommodation fees may also be paid by VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards. Simply download and complete the » Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by fax to the Organizing Secretariat
to +36 1 350-0929. Please, do not send credit card details via e-mail for security reasons. Signature is also required for authorization!
Online Payment through the Internet
Please note that online payment will be available through this website after aproval of our bank, expected by February 2010.
Confirmation and Receipt
Upon receipt each registration will be confirmed by the Organizing Secretariat. An official receipt will be issued when payment is arrived. Receipts can be collected on site at the registration desk, but they can be sent to you in advance on request.
Invoicing
On request a detailed taxable invoice will be issued on incoming payment. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form. Please note: Registration fees include meals. In line with the Hungarian tax regulations, invoices will show registration fees divided into registration costs and catering costs.
