Registration deadline: 31 August 2024

Registrations will be accepted in the order they arrive. The course organisers reserve the right to cancel the course if there are insufficient participants. Minimum number of participants: 20 surgeons and 15 therapists.

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre will not cover any travel or hotel costs that may already have been booked.

ATTENTION

Please be aware that the number of participants for the lab workshop (Surgeon registration) is limited and registrations will be approved on a first-come first-serve basis.

How to register

Before registering online,

  • Please choose the appropriate registration fee.
  • Registration needs to be made online
  • Payment by bank transfer
  • Please find out the final billing name and address that can not be changed later
  • Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the Workshop Secretariat will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amount.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

AMEX cards: Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Credit Card Authorization Form with your card details.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Catering costs

Registration fees include catering (coffee break, lunch, dinner). In line with the Hungarian tax regulations the prices of these catering services should be displayed on the invice separately. Therefore the registration fees will be displayed on invoices in two separate rows: registration fees and catering costs included on the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the course, please contact the organiser in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible. Cancellation costs and administrative fees will be charged to the customer. In the case of cancellations up to 22 days before the start of the course, participants will be charged CHF 20.00/EUR 15.00 to cover administrative costs. The organiser is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees from 21 days before the start of the course:

Date of cancellation:

  • 21 to 15 days before the start of the course: 30% of the course fees
  • 14 to 8 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fees
  • 7 to 1 days before the start of the course: 80% of the course fees
  • Cancellation on the first day of the course/No show: 100% of the course fees
