Objectives

This Masterclass is designed for Hand Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon and Neurosurgeon attendees of the 2019-2024 courses AND for surgeons with 3+ years clinical experience who want to improve their knowledge and technical skills in surgery of the Spastic Upper Limb.


General Outline

Surgical treatment workshop, including didactic lectures and cadaver lab demonstrations by the Faculty, with video-transmission. Then hands-on dissections of each procedure and clinical cases discussions:

  • dissections by the participants on fresh upper limbs
  • 2 participants per upper limb
  • constant supervision by Faculty members

Please note that the number of participants is limited: registrations will be done on a first come / first serve basis.

Due to the uncertainties related to the COVID 19 pandemic registration fees don't need to be paid yet. However, as the course was fully booked last year, we strongly suggest that you sign-up for the pre-registration list now.

Final registration will be done on a first come-first serve basis, taking the pre-registrations into account.

How to register

Before registering online,

  • Please choose the appropriate registration fee.
  • Invited speakers will receive separate specific instructions.
  • Registration needs to be made online
  • Payment with credit card or by bank transfer
  • Please enter the final billing name and address. CAUTION: It will not be possible to change it later.
  • Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the Workshop Secretariat will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amount.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Catering costs

Registration fees include catering (coffee break, lunch, dinner). In line with the Hungarian tax regulations the prices of these catering services should be displayed on the invoice separately.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to Asszisztencia Kft.

Cancellation of registration: If cancellation arrives
before 19 January 2025  80% refund will be made
after 19 January 2025  no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted.

COVID specific cancellation conditions:
Participants can request a 100% registration fee refund if their country of origin requires quarantine upon return from Hungary.
100 % refund is provided if Hungary prohibits entry from the participant's country of origin or requires quarantine upon re-entry.
Should the course be postponed the participant's registration will be automatically carried forward to the new date. If the new date does not suit the participant, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
