METHODS OF PAYMENT
Registration fees and hotel deposit must be paid to ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau Ltd. in advance, either by bank transfer or by credit card in EURO.

1.	Bank transfer (bank draft)
	Payable to: ASSZISZTENCIA Congress Bureau Ltd. Bank: CitiBank Rt. (Vörösmarty tér 4., H-1054 Budapest, Hungary) Swift code: CITIHUHX Account number (IBAN): HU04 1080 0014-1000 0006-1085 4702 Please indicate ISD2006 and the name of the participant when remitting.
2.	Credit card mail order
	VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express cards are accepted. Simply complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by fax or by mail to Asszisztencia Congress Bureau Ltd. Please do not send credit card details via E-mail as we need your signature for the authorization!
3.	On line Credit card payment
	From May, 2006 you can pay online with your card. VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express cards are accepted. Date of delivery by VAT is deadline or receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to Asszisztencia Congress Bureau Ltd. indicating all bank details and codes where repayment should be forwarded.
cancellation fee is 20 % of the total amount, if notification is received before 10th August 2006.
no refund will be made if cancellation note arrives after that date; however attendant substitution is accepted.
In case of cancellation the Conference Proceedings will be sent.
