Call for Abstract

The Scientific Program Committee invites all colleagues to submit high-quality abstracts representing original results in areas of dento-maxillo-facial radiology. Submissions are now accepted on-line only. For on-line submission each participant should use the web-based abstract system operated by the Congress Secretariat. Submissions by e-mail or hard copies will not be accepted. Before sending an abstract please read carefully the submission guidelines below. Way of presentations
For oral presentations pc projection will be provided. All presenters are requested to prepare a MS PowerPoint presentation file and take it to the congress venue on a CD or pendrive. The latest version of the software will be installed on the presentation pc.

Submission guidelines
The abstract submission system can only be used with a valid user name and password. You can get username and password if you enter the abstract system and save your name and email address. To enter the system please use the link at the bottom of this page.
Abstract title: not capitalised, maximum length: 200 characters
Name of authors : initials PRECEDE surnames (spaces - not full stops - between initials)
Affiliation: only institute's name, no address or email addresses
Abstract text: maximum of 500-word not including the title, names and affiliations. You can type your abstract directly to the on-line form or paste a previously edited text. A plain text should be used. Do not use any formatting elements (bold or italicus typefaces, bullets, list elements, symbols, borders, lines, etc.) The abstract system does not accept charts, tables, graphics or photos, only text formatted abstracts can be submitted.




Young Scientists' Award
Participants at the age of 35 have the opportunity to win a 50% reduction from the students' registration fee.
To apply for the award:
» submit an abstract to the Congress
» send a CV together with a certificate confirming student/trainee status signed by the Dean of Faculty
   or Head of Department

The Organizing Committee will choose 15-20 applicants for the award, depending on the available funds.
Applicants will be informed of the decision by March 15, 2008 in order to facilitate early registration.
