The Organizing Secretariat made a block-booking in the meeting hotel to secure special event rates for the participants. These rooms can be booked using the online conference registration.

Room amenities

All the hotel rooms have bath or shower, TV with satellite channels, Pay-TV, Internet access, direct-dial telephone and minibar. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

Room rates include breakfast, VAT, city tax and 2 free entries to the Gellért Bath. For each additional entry, the hotel grant 50% discount on the daily ticket price to the hotel guests.
