Registration fees * *Student participants (enrolled full-time at a college or university) must send proof of their student status (certificate of enrollment or international student ID) by e-mail to aapc@asszisztencia.hu. Post-Docs are not eligible for the reduced student rate.

Invoicing

A taxable invoice will be issued on all payments. Please add the billing address details correctly.

Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, sent to the registration office.

Cancellation deadline: 24 August 2026

80% refund of the paid registration fee will be made if written cancellation note is received before the deadline.
