Payment and Cancellation

Registration fee must be paid to ASSZISZTENCIA Szervező Kft. in advance, either by bank transfer or by credit card in Euros only.

Methods of payment

Online payment
Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your online registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

AMEX cards
Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Card Payment Authorization Form, which can be downloaded from the registration form.

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Please note: Registration fees include meals (coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner). In line with tax regulations, cost of included catering services needs to be displayed on invoices. Therefore the registration fee will be devided into registration cost and catering cost.

All invoices will be issued by Asszisztencia Szervező Kft.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing addressed to Asszisztencia Congress Bureau Ltd (Registration Secretariat). Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date stamp of the fax or E-mail. Please indicate all bank details and codes where repayment should be forwarded.

Cancellation fee is 20 % of the total amount, if notification is received before May 24, 2017 .
No refund will be made if cancellation note arrives after this date; however attendant substitution is accepted. In case of cancellation the final program and Proceedings will be sent.
