During registration you will be asked to add invoice details and VAT number of your university, hospital, workplace or sponsor. Please prepare these details before entering the form.
Please prepare your ECM or VISA bank card for paying your orders at the end of the registration process, using the secured payment site of K&H Bank.
A taxable invoice will be issued on all payment. Add here the customer name, address and VAT number to be included on the invoice. These data can not be modified after the registration is sent. VAT number is usually requested when your workplace or sponsor covers your order and can not be added later.

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.
Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Card Payment Authorization Form with your card details.
Due to tax regulations the amount of catering costs need to be displayed on invoices when registration fees include meals. Please see meeting website for more information on what is included in the registration fees.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, sent to the registration office.
80% refund will be made if cancel note is received before 20 May 2018. No refund is possible after this date.
