Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.
Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Card Payment Authorization Form with your card details.
A taxable invoice will be issued on all payments. Please add the billing address details correctly.
Due to tax regulations the amount of catering costs need to be displayed on invoices when registration fees include meals. Please see meeting website for more information on what is included in the registration fees.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, sent to the registration office.
Registration fee refund
80% refund will be made if cancel note is received before 06 December 2017. No refund is possible after this date.
