Excursion to Szentendre
Our guests
are welcome to this pleasant half-day program in the picturesque
town of Szentendre, where after a stroll through the baroque centre
of the city, a visit to the Kovács Margit Ceramic Museum and a visit
to the confectionary museum the participants will have the
opportunity to shop. Afterwards, a visit to a typical Hungarian inn
is planned as well as a delicious Hungarian dinner. |

Royal
Tour
On this tour guests will visit the
former summer residence of Queen Elisabeth (Sissy) in Gödöllö and
the royal gardens with bower and pavilion. Coffee and cake will be
served at the palace café and a visit to the royal waiting hall at
the train station is planned. Afterwards the guests are taken to the
Capuchin Abbey of Mariabesnyő, where they will visit the abbey and
the tomb of the Grassalkovich dynasty. |

Puszta
Tour
An unforgettable day in the Puszta.
Participants drive to Kecskemét and after a guided walking tour
through the city they continue on to Lajosmizse. There they will be
greeted with a traditional welcome drink and after the great
performance of the horsemen and a carriage ride through the Puszta,
a Typical meal will follow accompanied by gipsy music in a Csárda.

Lake
Balaton and Herend, City of Famous
Porcelain
After a guided tour through the
world famous porcelain manufactory (founded in 1826) and a visit to
the museum, guests will be offered the opportunily to buy samples of
the famous porcelain. Later there will be a drive to the
Tihany Peninsula, a famous nature
reserve, an interior visit of the Abbey
(founded in 1051), then lunch in a
traditional Csárda. Finaly there is a drive to the
oldest spa, Balatonfüred. |
