| Registration & payment |
Registration
All participants should send a
registration to Congress Secretariat. Registration fees, hotel costs and
any optional program fees should also be paid to ASSZISZTENCIA Congress
Bureau in advance.
Methods of registration are the followings:
Confirmation
The congress
secretariat will send a letter of confirmation upon receiving the
Registration Form. Registration will be valid only with the full advanced
payment of the registration fee.
Payments
Payments can be
made by
- credit card mail order by returning the Card Authorization Form (download from
here)
- bank remittance to the following account:

Cancellation
Cancellations should be notified in writing
to Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations received before 2 April,
2003: 80% refund
Cancellations received after 2 April, 2003: no
refund
