Welcome
"Thus tetraplegia seems to have been a neglected, indeed almost a forbidden field for modern hand surgery..."
(in Erik Moberg's monograph more than 30 years ago)
It is our pleasure to inform you about our cadaver course on 'Tendon Transfers in Reconstructive Tetraplegia Hand Surgery' that will be held between April 23-25, 2010 in Tokaj-Nyíregyháza, Hungary.
The purpose of this cadaver course is to share knowledge on the upper extremity reconstruction by tetraplegic patients. The clinical examination, anatomy, biomechanics, surgical techniques and rehabilitation on the upper extremity in persons with spinal cord injury are included in this practical course.
As you will see from the programme below, the course provides excellent invited lectures and the possibility to learn and practice on cadaver hands.
